The new De Saller II district is located on the north side of Losser. Engineering firm Roelofs approached Makan to design three models for the bicycle bridge. Losser is closely connected to Werklust, a formal brick factory. Photos from the past show large barns with stone drying facilities. The rhythm of the boards with the drying stones is designed in the handrail in an abstract way. The uprights of the handrail are slightly crooked, causing water to slip off the horizontal parts. From the side, it looks like the "stones" are drying on the shelves.

Rain is not nice when you have to cycle in it, but it is essential for replenishing our groundwater and water level in the canals. The summer of 2018 we noticed that we need the rain. Rain is designed in the handrail of this bicycle bridge. The deck consists of concrete beams with a narrow-tapered edge finish. The railing is tilted 10 degrees to the outside so that the spatial experience of the bridge is increased. The bridge rail does not have a top railing, which enhances the transparency of the entire railing. The steel parts are galvanized and painted in a blue-grey RAL colour number 7037.
